Focuses on Asana poses and breath to strengthen, purify, and balance
the body.

Iyengar
Yoga
Iyengar emphasizes precision of body alignment. It involves the
concept of timing the poses, and teaching those poses in particular
sequences. Iyegar Yoga is a form of Hatha yoga.

Kundalini
Yoga
Increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Emphasizes breathing
techniques and deep muscle stretching. A more vigorous Yoga style.

Senior Synergy
A unique combination of Tai Chi, Feldon Krais, balance work, breathing,
movement flow and imagery for senior health and wellness.

Tai Chi
A 3000-year old martial art form that emphasizes physical dexterity
and strength through slow precise movements. This program is safe
for all ages including seniors.
