Residence

The YMCA of Glendale provides safe affordable rooms for single men only. Rooms may be rented nightly or weekly. Rooms are available on a first come-first served basis. Interested parties must come into the YMCA and check for vacancies, since it is booked to capacity most of the year. Proof of ID is required upon registration.

Located in the heart of Glendale, the YMCA is a relaxing place to stay in the middle of a lively city. It's just a short walk to movie theatres, great restaurants, the Glendale Galleria, the Alex Theatre, nightclubs, parks and much more! RESIDENCE ROOM AVAILABILITY

The Men's Residence of the Glendale YMCA currently has several openings. Each room is furnished with a bed and bedding, a chair, and a desk. Also, each room has a closet. Bathrooms are located on each floor. Our rates include 24 hour reception and mailbox accessibility, utilities and all city taxes (no tax after 4 weeks). Rates are as follows:

Larger rooms:
-- $165/week for the first 4 weeks
-- $150/week following the first 4 weeks

Regular rooms:
-- $159.50/week for the first 4 weeks
-- $145/week following the first 4 weeks

Nightly: $38.50

APARTMENT FOR RENT: Studio with one bath and kitchen - $750/month
